Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
  • The product has not been damaged or tampered with.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at support@kidnia.com within 15 days of receiving your product. Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Product name(s) being returned
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review your case and send you a return authorization, along with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect product).

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Health and personal care items (if applicable), for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund for the returned item. Please note that the new item may be subject to additional shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement depending on the nature of the issue.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds
